Travel Assistant
We are now looking for a Travel Assistant to strengthen our Travel team in Jyväskylä Finland
As a TGR-WRT Travel Assistant, you are supporting the team in travel arrangements. Your primary role involves helping in a variety of travel related tasks. We're looking for someone who’s bold, proactive, and ready to jump in — even when things get hectic. You don’t need industry experience, but work experience in a fast-paced environment will help you feel at home. If you’re a problem-solver, detail-oriented, and a team player, you’ll fit right in.
Most importantly, we value a proactive attitude. To succeed in this role, a precise and detail-oriented approach is essential. A positive and approachable attitude, along with a willingness to support others, contributes to a strong team dynamic. Fluency in Finnish is essential for this position due to the specific nature of the tasks involved. As we work in an international environment, efficient English language skills are important for this role. Proficiency in other languages is seen as an advantage. As a point of contact for our members regarding travel and logistical matters, effective communication, cooperation, and teamwork skills are essential. A solution-oriented mindset, combined with the ability to work accurately, ensures smooth operations.
This position requires in-office work on a weekly basis to facilitate coordination and collaboration with the team. As your experience grows, partial remote work is feasible, allowing flexibility in managing tasks and projects.
Who we are looking for
- Previous work experience in fast-paced environment is an asset, as it supports success in this role (for example customer service)
- Effective English verbal and written communication skills
- Cooperation and problem solving skills
- Good IT skills. If you learn new tools fast and can handle everyday tech tasks, you’ll do great
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively also in time-sensitive situations.
