We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Treasury Analyst to join our European Treasury team. This role has primary responsibility for investment execution and foreign exchange (FX) transactions across the region, while also serving as an important back‑up resource across multiple global treasury functions, supporting operational continuity and risk management.

The role will work closely with Global Treasury in the US and regional finance teams, contributing to liquidity management, forecasting, and ongoing treasury initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with treasury systems (preferably Kyriba), strong execution discipline, and a solid understanding of global cash management, investments, and FX markets.

What you will be doing:

Investment & Liquidity Management

• Execute and monitor short‑term investment activities in line with global treasury policies, approved instruments, counterparty limits, and risk tolerance.
• Manage money market transactions, short‑term deposits, and intercompany investments for European entities.
• Monitor regional liquidity positions and coordinate investment activities with Global Treasury.
• Support investment reporting, compliance monitoring, and audit documentation.

Foreign Exchange Execution

• Execute FX transactions (spot, forwards, swaps) in line with approved hedging strategies and maintain relationships with external partners.
• Support balance sheet and cash flow hedging programs, including trade capture, confirmations, settlements, and documentation.
• Coordinate FX execution timing with Global Treasury based on forecasts, exposures, and market conditions.

Cash Management & Forecasting (Support & Backup)

• Support global cash management and daily cash position monitoring, including payments
• Assist with liquidity forecasting, cash pooling, and funding activities
• Provide back‑up support for cash management operations

Banking Compliance & Reporting 

• Support KYC requirements and the lifecycle of global bank accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and access management
• Maintain compliance‑related bank documentation and prepare materials for accounting, regulatory, and audit purposes
• Track and report treasury KPIs, including cash visibility, forecast accuracy, and bank fees

Process Improvement & Technology

• Leverage AI, Treasury Management Systems (e.g. Kyriba), and ERP platforms to improve automation, accuracy, and controls.
• Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency across treasury operations.
• Collaborate with Global Treasury, Accounting, IT, and regional finance teams on system enhancements and process standardization.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CTP preferred.
• 3–5 years of treasury experience in a multinational environment.
• Hands‑on experience with investments and FX transactions.
• Proficiency in Kyriba (or similar TMS) preferred.
• Strong understanding of global cash management, banking structures, and FX markets.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, execution discipline, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills across time zones and cultures.
• Self-directed and innovative mindset. 
• Experience supporting treasury operations across Europe and familiarity with multi‑currency cash flow forecasting and intercompany funding is preferred.
