UX Developer, Inclus Oy

We are looking for a UX Developer for our client Inclus Oy for a permanent and full-time position to strengthen their Developer team. Inclus Oy offers the opportunity to join the construction of a unique and socially significant growth company. As a UX Developer, you will be responsible for enhancing the current interface of their software using React and Javascript. You should possess skills in both UX design and software development, along with enough independence and leadership capabilities to carry out development work based on your own vision. This role involves developing and improving the user interface of our software, ensuring it is both visually appealing and highly functional. You will collaborate closely with other developers to meet the highest standards of usability and aesthetics.
We are looking for someone who can bring a fresh perspective to the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of their software. If you have a passion for UX design and software development, and are eager to take on a leadership role in shaping the future of their product, we would love to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in the web/software industry working on product development, with excellent up-to-date knowledge of React and Javascript. Experience in product-based web software development, preferably within a SaaS context, is essential. A deep understanding of user experience development are crucial. Strong professional English skills are required (Finnish is a plus), along with a positive and constructive attitude towards working and collaboration.
