About the role:

We’re looking for a second UX/UI Designer to join our product team and help shape the design of our web dashboards for business clients, internal tools, and end-customer products. As part of our cross-functional product team, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Owners, users, and developers to balance user needs with business goals. You’ll work on both new features and improving the existing experience across our applications.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and analyzing user and business requirements.
• Visualizing demand and translating it into effective UX/UI designs.
• Working on both UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) aspects of our products.
• Collaborating with Product Owners and Developers on day-to-day design work with our lead UX/UI designer.
• Improve and modernize our current application.

About you:

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Experienced in B2B product design or complex software UI.
• Proficient in modern design tools (e.g. Figma or similar).
• Strong communication skills and experience facilitating productive discussions with stakeholders.
• Work language is English.
• Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Skilled at thinking through edge cases, identifying risks in the user experience, and designing proactively to avoid them.
• Experience collaborating closely with Developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to translate their needs to feasible design.
• Passionate about creating meaningful, user-centered designs.
