UX/UI Designer
About the role:
As a UX/UI Designer at Ropo, taking a lead role in our Front-End design, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our customer and employee-facing tools across all our product areas. As part of our Product Management Team, you'll collaborate with users, stakeholders, and our Tech Team to understand and visualise business and technical needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Visualising demand and translating it into effective UX/UI designs.
- Working on both UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) aspects of our products.
- Creating intuitive and visually appealing designs for both customer-facing and employee-facing tools.
- Owning the UX/UI through our platform and keeping it unified.
About you:
- 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in UX/UI design tools and software.
- Strong communication skills and experience facilitating productive discussions with stakeholders.
- Work language is English (knowledge of Finnish or Swedish is seen as a plus)
- Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience collaborating closely with Developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to translate their needs to feasible design.
- Ability to understand and visualise business and technical needs.
- Passion for creating user-centric designs that enhance the overall user experience.
- We are really impressed if you also have experience from b2b application and software design.
