WILEAP PROJECT MANAGER / MEMBERS
One of the key elements in WiLeap's organizational and project management success is our project organization. We aim to foster new innovations within our projects, encouraging “out of the box thinking” by differentiating key stakeholders. WiLeap challenges the entire organization to participate in the program by volunteering to join our projects. This program is all about us; we are driving the change - We Leap.
The position is a part-time position and will last approximately 1-5 years depending on the project and role. The estimated workload is 10%-15%, which will be discussed in close collaboration with your manager/supervisor.

Your key responsibilities include:
In close collaboration with the transformation lead,
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and keep them informed of project progress.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure costs are controlled.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders and senior management.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project success.
- Change Management: Adapt to changes and manage the impact of changes on the project.
