We’re looking for a working student to support our Distribution & Transportation (D&T) Sustainability Strategy. If sustainability motivates you and you’re curious about how a global sports company moves products responsibly around the world, this is your chance to step behind the scenes. You’ll be part of the team from day one, gaining hands-on experience in real logistics operations and contributing to meaningful, everyday work - while continuing your studies.

What you will be doing:

• Support the calculation of Greenhouse Gases (GHG) emissions and collect energy, utility, and waste data for our warehousing and transportation operations
• Support the team across the full data process, from gathering and cleaning data to conducting deeper analyses
• Help improve internal ESG data, systems, and reporting (e.g. utilities and packaging)
• Assist with the rollout of sustainability initiatives, trainings, and info sessions for logistics teams
• Stay up to date on environmental regulations and standards and support compliance activities
• Research ESG topics in logistics and present key findings and takeaways

What you need to succeed:

• Currently enrolled in a master’s program at a university or university of applied sciences
• Studying in a relevant field such as engineering, data analytics, logistics/supply chain, CSR/sustainability management, business administration, or a related discipline
• Comfortable working with data and numbers, with some prior experience
• Strong interest in sustainability and its real-world impact
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
