Car Driver, Lapland Safaris
Lapland Staff is looking for Car Drivers for the Christmas season 2026 to Lapland Safaris’ offices in Levi and Saariselkä.
The duties of a Lapland Safaris driver mainly consist of transporting, loading, and collecting equipment bags containing our guests’ winter clothing from local hotels and Lapland Safaris locations. In addition, your tasks will include supporting safari operations, such as sorting, maintaining, and drying equipment. Due to long distances, you may also occasionally transport staff between different locations, or between the workplace and staff accommodation.
The vehicles you drive will vary from passenger cars to vans, 9‑seat minibuses, and even vans equipped with a tail lift that can be driven with a category B driving license. Our working language is English, so good English skills is considered an advantage.
In addition to a valid driving license, we expect flexibility regarding tasks and working hours, as your workdays may sometimes be long. You are the person we are looking for if you are hardworking, proactive, well organized, and reliable. The work is physically demanding and partly carried out in challenging weather conditions, including Lapland’s winds and snowstorms. You will work as part of a larger equipment maintenance team, and your contribution is highly important to the operation of Lapland Safaris.
In Levi, the work is mainly focused on mornings and includes a significant amount of transporting employees between Kittilä and Levi.

Lapland Safaris provides new employees with paid, role-specific training at the beginning of their employment.
The employment relationship is a fixed term seasonal contract by the Collective Agreement in the Adventure Services sector. The work starts in mid-to-late November and is expected to last until the first week of January. Salary according to the Collective Agreement of Adventure Services grade A, hourly wage starting from 11,30 € (gross). Work will be done also during weekends and public holidays. Sundays and Finnish public holidays are paid double. Accommodation is organized in shared rooms, with reasonable rent in comparison to the local price level.
