Oy Snellman Ab is looking for an

ACCOUNTANT

for the Group’s Finance Department in Pietarsaari. The employment relationship is a permanent full-time position. The accountant will be a member of the Group’s accounting team.

In the role of accountant, you will work with external accounting for companies within the Group. You will ensure that the accounting is accurate and complies with current regulations, while also actively contributing to operational reporting and participating in the preparation of official financial statements.

We expect you to

• have experience and knowledge of accounting and taxation
• be structured, analytical, thorough and have good problem-solving skills
• have the ability to learn new things and an open attitude towards continuous improvement
• take initiative for continuous development and improvement within your area of responsibility
• have a commercial education in financial administration
• be able to work under occasional time pressure
• be service minded in relation to our external and internal customers and partners
• have strong written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and Swedish
• work independently while collaborating with colleagues in the team and be prepared to substitute for others when needed
