The Role: Your Fast-Track Business Education
As a GTM Sales Specialist, you are the tip of the spear. You will be directly responsible for launching market campaigns, navigating complex corporate hierarchies, and initiating high-level business conversations with executive decision-makers.
Build the Pipeline
Own the outbound engine (cold calling, social selling, and strategic email outreach).
Book high-value meetings for venture-backed clients.

Compensation
Base salary of €12/hour + an uncapped performance commission structure. Top performers earn significantly above the baseline.
