Team leader of Christmas coordinators, Lapland Safaris Saariselkä
Lapland Staff is looking for a team leader of Christmas coordinators for the Lapland Safaris Saariselkä office, for the Christmas season 2025.
The duties of the Christmas coordinator focus on handling and organizing the Christmas safari programs for charter customers. The coordinators manage the whole as a team, the core of which is the tour operator's own daily schedule. The whole includes e.g. transportation scheduling, cooperation with stakeholders and tour operators as well as management of bookings for different safaris.
The team leader of the Christmas coordinator is responsible for the management of the charter entity and its operational implementation. The duties include agreeing on practical implementation methods with stakeholders and the tour operator. The team leader acts as a supervisor for the Christmas coordinators, provides the necessary tools for the team and solves any problems that arise. The work is independent, responsible and requires project management skills.
We expect the team leader to have appropriate education and previous experience in managing projects. The applicant is expected to work smoothly under pressure and have good negotiation skills. The work environment is international, so good oral and written English are prerequisites for employment. The charter season is short and intensive, so we hope for flexibility regarding working hours. Previous experience in providing tourism services is considered an advantage.
We offer you:
