The Division of Policy and Planning supports the university in strategic leadership as well as in the implementation and monitoring of the strategy, and creates the conditions for data-informed decision-making. We support the university in monitoring developments in higher education and science policy and in advocacy work. We are responsible for preparing internal contract negotiations and reporting, as well as negotiations and reporting conducted with the Ministry of Education and Culture. We coordinate the university’s quality management and risk management and are responsible for the development of university-level safety and security. We promote the university’s ecological and social sustainability and responsibility in cooperation with the university community.
