Our team is looking for

SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR SKI RESORT CLEANING TASKS
to fixed-term, part-time employment for the winter season.

Employment begins: 2.12.2024

Employment ends: 1.5.2025

The shifts take place from Monday to Sunday between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., the number of working hours per week is approximately 20–37.5 h/week.

Tasks range from hotel's restaurant cleaning to housekeeping tasks in several different hotels.

Your duties may include:

• Housekeeping (replenishment of hotel room supplies, making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms).
• Cleaning of floors, furniture and contact surfaces in public areas.
• Cooperating and communicating with your own team and accommodation staff, as well as instructing guests if necessary.
• Reporting of damage and maintenance needs in accordance with instructions.
• Use of cleaning equipment and maintenance of cleaning cart.

SOL's hotel cleaning has the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, and we comply with its standards in all hotel cleaning operations. In other words, you will get to participate in environmentally friendly cleaning activities and you will receive an orientation to your work in accordance with the criteria of the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, which you can also include in your CV.

We expect from the applicant

• spoken and written language skills in Finnish, English or Russian
• precision in detail
• good physical fitness
• at least 18 years of age
• sunny customer service attitude
• a driving license is advisable.

Possibility to work also on weekends (between 6 am and 6 pm) is considered an advantage. When working in a hotel environment, a systematic approach to work and time management skills are also useful.

The pay follows the collective agreement of the property services sector for workers in pay groups 2–3 according to the duties (€11.94–12.54/h plus Sunday supplement).
