We are currently looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer for our Engineering department!

Your main tasks as a Mechanical Design Engineer will be to participate in development projects and customisations of our automation solutions for AMADA’s sheet metal processing machines. Your tasks will also include the researching of new innovative technologies and components. You will also build and maintain machine configurations and participate in the testing and verification of machines.

You should be an engineer (VHE) or have an equivalent technical qualification in mechanical engineering and be experienced in 3D designing, e.g. with SolidWorks. Industry experience within and knowledge of machine automation, as well as experience in ERP systems, will count in your favour.

So will a good ability to design and a willingness to develop in your area of work. As a person you are thorough, have a systematic way of working and can, and want to, work both independently and as part of a team. The field of work is international, so a good proficiency in both native languages and English will be required.
