We are looking for a positive, reliable, and motivated janitors to join our friendly team in a permanent part-time position.
 

The role involves event-time cleaning and post-event cleaning at arena venues in Helsinki and Espoo.
 

Previous experience in cleaning is considered an advantage.
We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the flexibility to work according to arena event schedules.
The working languages are English and Finnish both; You should be fluent in one of these languages and have at least a basic working knowledge of the other.

Shifts are available according to the work schedule, 1–6 days per week, Monday through Sunday.

Working hours:

• Morning shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Night shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Applicants should also be available to work on an on-call basis when needed.
Please note that we cannot guarantee full-time work or a specific number of weekly hours, as the number of shifts depends on the events hosted at the arenas.

• VIP boxes
• Restaurant areas
• Other event spaces

An Event Cleaner plays a particularly important role by ensuring cleanliness and hygiene throughout the venue, which is essential for the comfort and well-being of visitors, staff, and performers. Through professional cleaning services, Event Cleaners help create a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere and a safe, enjoyable environment for everyone.

Salary: €12.59/hour
The salary is determined in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the Property Services Sector, Pay Group 2.
