We are looking for a dedicated Site Manager to oversee the groundworks, foundation, and concrete construction phases of substation projects. This role is perfect for someone who excels in site management, can effectively lead subcontractors, and ensures that work progresses safely, with high quality, and on schedule.

You will play a pivotal role in projects crucial to the energy sector, contributing to the development of Finland's electricity grid and supporting the green transition. This position offers long-term commitment within project-based work, with site locations varying over time.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Daily management of site operations.
• Directing and coordinating subcontractors.
• Ensuring the achievement of site schedule, quality, and safety targets.
• Overseeing the progress of groundworks, foundation, and concrete construction.
• Site documentation and reporting.
• Collaborating with project management, clients, and other stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in a Site Manager, Foreman, or equivalent supervisory role.
• Proven experience in infrastructure, groundworks, foundation, or concrete construction.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors simultaneously.
• A systematic and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Good command of Finnish and/or English.
• Relevant technical education.

Experience in substation, energy, bridge, or other demanding infrastructure construction is considered a significant advantage. We are seeking a committed individual ready for a long-term engagement.
