SERVICE PROVIDER FOR OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE WORK ON AN ON-CALL BASIS

for a fixed-term, part-time employment relationship.

Start date: As soon as a suitable candidate is found

End date: 31 December 2026. Depending on the situation, there may also be an opportunity to continue employment beyond this date.

Working hours are primarily scheduled on weekdays, Monday to Friday, between 3:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. This is on-call relief work, so working hours will vary according to operational needs.

Your responsibilities include:

Working in the outdoor areas of an industrial site, ensuring that the surroundings remain clean and safe throughout the changing seasons. Your duties include removing leaves, wood chips, and other debris from outdoor areas, as well as performing manual snow removal, gritting, and ice removal during the winter season. Please note that the work location is not accessible by public transportation.

We expect you to have:

• A valid Occupational Safety Card.
• A valid Category B driving licence.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules.
• A proactive and responsible approach to work.
• Good physical fitness and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Working language is Finnish or English.

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• Previous experience in outdoor maintenance and groundskeeping tasks.

Salary: €13.22/hour. Compensation is based on the Collective Agreement for the Property Services Sector, wage group 3.
