TSA Supervisor – Wind Farm Construction Projects Finland

Lead the Delivery of Wind Turbine Installation and Commissioning

We are currently looking for experienced and highly motivated TSA Supervisors to join several major wind farm construction projects in Finland.

The first assignments are expected to commence during 2027 and 2028, offering an exciting opportunity to play a key role during turbine delivery, installation, commissioning and project completion phases.

As a TSA Supervisor, you will act as the owner's representative for the turbine scope, ensuring successful execution of turbine delivery, erection, installation and commissioning activities. Working closely with Site Managers, Construction Project Managers, contractors and turbine suppliers, you will help ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently and according to schedule.

We are recruiting for multiple TSA Supervisor positions as our renewable energy project portfolio continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise turbine delivery, erection, installation and commissioning activities.
• Manage interfaces between turbine supply contracts and balance of plant contractors.
• Work closely with Site Managers and Construction Project Managers to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor contractor QA/QC, HSSE and construction performance.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications and contractual obligations.
• Monitor project schedules, production progress and material deliveries.
• Participate in and lead toolbox meetings where required.
• Identify project risks and support mitigation planning.
• Track construction progress and prepare project documentation and reports.
• Participate in inspections, walk-downs and handover activities.
• Support smooth project handover to operations and technical management teams.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, consultants and project stakeholders.

Requirements

Essential

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong experience in wind turbine installation, construction supervision or renewable energy projects.
• Experience working with turbine suppliers and installation contractors.
• Strong understanding of construction and installation processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong planning and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills.

Considered an Advantage

• Wind farm construction experience.
• GWO certification.
• Experience with turbine commissioning and testing activities.
• Owner-side supervision experience.
• Understanding of commercial and contractual project management.
