Lapland Staff is looking for a Clothing Team Coordinator for Lapland Safaris Luosto for the winter season 2026-2027.
As a Clothing Team Coordinator, you will assist guests to get properly dressed for winter activities or their entire holiday. Safari clothing includes overalls, woolen socks, boots, gloves, balaclava, and a hat if needed. After the safaris guests return the clothes and the clothing team is responsible for the washing and organizing of the clothing. The team also ensures that the customer premises are clean and organized. Work is an important part of the success of safari excursions. As a Clothing Team Coordinator, your responsibilities also include being the closest supervisor to your international team of Clothing Team Workers.
You are the person we are looking for if you are customer service-oriented and have a positive attitude towards your work. We value diligence, initiative, teamwork skills, and conscientiousness in our employees. Due to the busy nature of seasonal work, we require flexibility in working hours and the ability to withstand pressure brought by the demands and challenges set by the work. Work is often physically demanding. Sometimes the working days can be long, work is also done on weekends and holidays, but mainly the working days of the Clothing Team Coordinator are on weekdays and during regular working hours.
The work environment is international, so you must have good English skills. Knowledge of Finnish language is a big advantage in this position. Other language skills, previous experience of similar tasks in the field of tourism, as well as first aid skills, are considered advantageous. The job requires at least a class B driver’s license. Experience driving a large van in arctic conditions is considered an advantage as well. The work is diverse and includes guest transportation and other customer service and maintenance tasks.

Lapland Safaris provides new employees with paid, role-specific training at the beginning of their employment.
The employment relationship is a fixed term seasonal contract by the Collective Agreement in the Adventure Services sector. The work starts on 15.11.2026 and lasts until mid-April. Salary according to the Collective Agreement of Adventure Services grade B, starting from 12,20 € / hour (gross). Work will be done also during weekends and public holidays. Sundays and Finnish bank holidays are paid double. Accommodation is organized in shared rooms, with reasonable rent in comparison to the local price level.
