Office Admin and Business Function Support, Reddal Group

We are looking for an active Office Admin and business function support for our client Reddal Group to join their Helsinki office. The role involves a variety of interesting contribution areas, from day-to-day office operations and HR to administrative support of the product development team and financial administration. This offers a unique opportunity to work across different business functions. This is a fixed-term position lasting 6 months, and you can start as soon as possible.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Helsinki office and for a variety of administrative support tasks. You will handle the office’s daily routines, ensure a pleasant work environment, manage supply orders, and maintain the functionality of the IT infrastructure, as well as provide practical support to staff. Additionally, you will participate in operational HR tasks across the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to documentation and process development. Furthermore, as support to the product development team of our internal ERP software, you will coordinate workflows and support task management. For this, familiarity with simple MS environment programming and UX/UI design is considered a plus.

In addition to daily tasks, the job description also includes responsibilities such as supporting financial administration and IT. In support of financial administration, you will assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable and act as a collector of necessary accounting and payroll data. On the IT side, you will help with device management, user support, and small equipment inventory, and, depending on your interests, you will have the opportunity to participate in the development of the IT environment.

Success in this role requires a responsible work ethic and excellent organizational skills. The working language is English, so fluency in English is essential. You will also need good Finnish skills for this position. We expect you to have previous experience in office work or administrative tasks, as well as familiarity with traditional MS Office. Good IT skills in broader context are considered a plus. In this diverse role, you will need the ability to prioritize, switch between tasks flexibly, and work calmly and solution-oriented under pressure.
